edge-inn-reach incomplete release process, reference environments are failing

The incomplete release process of edge-inn-reach has caused failure for the reference environments. See today broken build for folio-snapshot/1442.

Note the lack of the "-SNAPSHOT.XX" suffix, as there is for other modules earlier in that Jenkins output – do "browser find-in-page" for: edge-

This is due to the "release procedures" not being followed.

As explained there, the snapshot version in mainline branch POM needs to be higher than the last release.

Also the commits history does not show a merge to mainline for those releases. See earlier in the history for past releases.

All reference environments are broken until the POM version in mainline is incremented and other changes are merged.

A related note: The https://github.com/folio-org/edge-inn-reach/releases has no mention of for either v2.0.0 or v2.0.1 releases. See the release guidelines.
