Parsing API token information

Purpose/Overview:
Edge modules should use API keys and edge users.
Requirements/Scope:

1. There should be the following information encoded in API_TOKEN 
2. TenantId, remote-storage-configurationId, edgeUserName (for edge user), edgeUserPassword (for edge user),
3. Edge user should be authorized in okapi
4. Token should be saved in database

Approach:
The approach should be the same as it has been implemented for system user.
