      Description

      Purpose: Dematic StagingDirector should not have automatic check-in

      During implementation, GVSU discovered that automatic check-in causes items to be marked  'awaiting pickup' and patron receives an email stating hold is ready for pickup. This happens as soon as remote-storage confirms the pick request. This is because when the request is received it triggers an automatic check-in in FOLIO.

      We can fix this if FOLIO does not do the automatic check-in of the item at it's service desk. The process will be managed in FOLIO by staff.

      The current workaround GVSU is implementing has become cumbersome.
