Produce response (for OCLC Connexion)

edge-connexion , so far, has not written a response for an request from OCLC client. (TCP connection simply closed)

It appears that there should be a response.. A C-string type of response.. Eg charcters followed by a null byte.

This is considered a bug, since the OCLC Connexion client expects a response.
