Description

This is a follow up item for ~~DMOD-199~~, the permission handling for returning permission list for the current user is a hack.

Instead, introduce a specific endpoint that returns info for the current user /users-bl/_self, the endpoint does not need any permission, again permission escalation is used to read the permissions for the current user
