Case insensitive CQL search for Unicode characters

    Description

      CQL search is case insensitive for ASCII characters only.

      Unicode characters like ø and ö are found only if typed with correct case.

      For which characters do we need to implement case insensitive search? And do we need to implement finding ø and ö when searching for o?
