Field name validation on rule loading

When loading a rules file a warning should be returned for each field name that does not exist in the instance.schema.

There already exists field name validation code that ignores such rules during data conversion and loading. At that stage a warning is not needed, but the validation code should also be used when loading the rules file to produce a warning.
