Remove legacy query translation based on individual json schema files

    Description

      Originally, cql2pgjson would function based on being passed individual json schemas to parse. This has since been superceded by the functionality in which cql2pgjson parses the entire "schema.json" structure that describes the database, along with indices and foreign keys, as used by the RAML Module Builder.

      The legacy code generation should no longer be supported, and this code should be removed from the module for the sake of reducing complexity.
