Add index for empty awaitingPickupRequestClosedDate in request table

Overview:

In Bugfest Lotus I get the Requst detail page, and then after 30 sec. I get an error message saying: Something went wrong.

After the changes in mod-circulation, this would require index on two fields with following values: status in ("Closed - Pickup expired" or "Closed - Cancelled") and awaitingPickupRequestClosedDate>""(not empty).
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a call to GET /request-storage/requests query=itemId%3D%3D%225ce8db80-2185-44e5-96d4-45e303d72806%22%20and%20status%3D%3D%28%22Closed%20-%20Pickup%20expired%22%20or%20%22Closed%20-%20Cancelled%22%29%20and%20awaitingPickupRequestClosedDate%3E%22%22%20sortBy%20awaitingPickupRequestClosedDate%2Fsort.descending&limit=1

Expected Results:

Recieve requests

Actual Results:

Failed to fetch error
Additional Information: This is related to the hold clearance report and is related to large data sets. It seems the report is not adding current actions to the report.
