    Description

      Overview:

      DELETE /mod-circulation-storage/scheduled-notice-storage/scheduled-notices/id calls take too long because index is missing
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Make a call to DELETE /mod-circulation-storage/scheduled-notice-storage/scheduled-notices/id

      Expected Results:

      The call takes < 20 seconds
      Actual Results:

      On BugFest lotus it takes ~6min
