Cannot save updated Loan Policy

    Description

      Overview: This error just started happening on bugfest today. This is not happening on snapshot.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/
      2. Go to Settings>Circulation>Loan Policies
      3. Edit existing Loan Policy 'Holly-1-min-no-grace-w-renewals/
      4. Make policy not Renewable
      5. Click on Save & close button

      Expected Results:
      Updated Loan Policy is saved
      Green success 'toast' appears

      Actual Results:
      Updated Loan Policy is not saved
      Instead, this error appears...

      ...and after clicking the OK button once, the empty red 'toast' appears...
