use loadSample to load sample data

Details

    Description

      The sample data for the module should be loaded during the tenant init call and be enabled via the loadSample=true init parameter.

      Assumptions:

      • all identifiers used for references are known in advance (blocked on MODUSERS-103 and MODINVSTOR-264)
      • may require restructuring how the sample data is provided within the module so it matches mod-inventory-storage
