Description
When lost item is returned or replaced and lost item and lost item processing fees are adjusted we need to send a notice to a patron with information about these fees. Specific variations of adjustments are outlined in the lost item fee policy. We shouldn't need to worry about those specific scenarios. Instead we need to listen for a new charge or an adjustment to a fee/fine.
