    Description

      Overview:
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into bugfest-goldenrod as a user with the permissions view loans, renew loans, and renew loans through override
      2. Navigate to a declared lost loan:
      3. Renew the item. When the renewal fails, override and fill out required information. Confirm override.

      Expected Results: Override succeeds and loan is renewed.
      Actual Results: Override fails, with permissions error:
