      Description

      Overview: In transit report cannot be generated on bugfest environment.
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into bugfest-goldenrod as a user with all permissions
      2. Navigate to Inventory and select In transit report from actions menu

      Expected Results: In transit report downloads
      Actual Results: Failed to fetch error (after several minutes of lag time)

      Additional Information: cannot repro on folio-snapshot
