BE - Returned Date and Due Date do not appear on Fee/Fine Details page after checked out item returned

This issue was updated on March 19, 2020: Prior to today this issue was just for Returned Date, but now covers Due Date as well. See new attachment FF-Details-missing-due-and-returned-dates.png for details.

When a fee/fine is charged for an item that can be checked out (e.g. a book, laptop, DVD), the Fee/Fine Details page displays information about the loan. This includes the Returned Date after the item is returned. For some reason the Returned Date is not displaying. I believe it did at one point. The Returned Date does display on the Fees/Fines History page. See attachment Screen-Images.pdf for examples of Fees/Fines History, Fee/Fine Details, Closed Loans and Loan Details.
