1. As diku_admin on folio-snapshot
2. Check out the specific item
3. Make this loan with this item "Declared lost" ( via this URL: circulation/loans/loanId/declare-item-lost)
4. Change due date for this loan

Expected: mod-circulation should sends field "itemStatus" to the mod-circulation-storage with value: "Declared Lost".

Actual: mod-circulation should sends field "itemStatus" to the mod-circulation-storage with value: "Checked out".
