Most recent check in information shows backdated date

1. As diku_admin on folio-snapshot
2. Backdate check in to time A
3. Check in an item with backdated time A, at system time B
4. Navigate to item record in Inventory

Expected: In the Circulation history/Most recent check in section, the check in date displays as system time B
Actual: In the circulation history/Most recent check in section, the check in date displays as the backdated time A
