Check in

Given a patron returning multiple items
When a check in session ends through one of the following means:
- A FOLIO operator hits End Session on Check-In App Screen
- A check in session times out due to inactivity
- A FOLIO operator closes browser, which closes the existing session – Dependency: ~~CIRC-537~~
- A FOLIO operator logs out, which closes the existing session – Dependency: ~~CIRC-537~~
Then a single notice is sent to the user that contains and displays all of the items that they returned
