- Request status = Closed - Pickup expired
- Item status = Awaiting pickup
- Appearing on hold shelf clearance report (this seems like it could be correct given the item and request state)
- Item is not on the actual hold shelf
Per Siska Humlesjö , this request should have had a hold shelf expiration date of 2019-10-23 and today is 2019-10-17CB: This turned out not to be the case. Looking at the DB, we see the hold shelf expiration was in the past. Why would this be expired prematurely?
- Why wouldn’t it be on the Hold shelf?
- If you look at the request record, you can see that it says Request on item = 1. Similarly, if you look at the item record, the Requests count = 1
- These links should only count open requests
- And, if you search Requests app for other requests on this item, none are found
