SPIKE: Trigger anonymization of loans at end of check in session

Investigate 3 options for anonymizing loans:

• Anonymization of loans at end of check in session or shortly after end of check in session. Ending a check in session could include any of the following:
  • User clicks "End session" button on Check In screen
  • User inactivity after a configurable period of time (minutes or hours)
    • Not intended to capture the exact moment of logging out/closing browser/etc., but if user performs those actions and stops checking in items, the loans will eventually be anonymized
• Anonymization at check in
  • Concerns about this slowing down check in (users may be checking in hundreds of items an hour)
  • How would this affect patron notices?
• Anonymization on a short schedule (e.g., every minute)
  • How would this affect patron notices?
