Backend for UIU-1044: Show item and loan information on anonymized loans

As a staff member, I want to see item and loan information on anonymized loans, so that I can have as much information as possible about a closed loan and how the item was used.

Scenarios

1. Scenario
   • Given an anonymized loan
   • When viewing loan details
   • Then populate the following fields for the loan:
     • Title (link to instance for the item)
     • Contributors
     • Barcode (link to item record for the item)
     • Call number
     • Location (effective location for item)
     • Item status
     • Due date
     • Return date
     • Renewal count
     • Claimed returned (currently populates with text TODO for all loans)
     • Check in service point
     • Loan policy (link to loan policy)
     • Loan date
     • Fine incurred (if fine, link to fine)
     • Request queue (if open requests, link to request queue)
     • Lost (current populates with text TODO for all loans

Notes: The above information displays on loan details for a non-anonymized closed loan; this story indicates that it should be shown for an anonymized closed loan as well.
