      Description

In order to include borrower information in the overdue loans CSV export, and avoid the UI having to fetch this information itself, this information needs providing by the loan collection business logic API

      Context

Properties needed are defined in UIU-984

      Design

      Borrower or User Object Property

The property on a loan for the user is userId, however the language used in the story suggests the user for a loan is referred to as the borrower. Hence, we should consider using borrower as the property for holding this information (even if that is inconsistent with the other property name)

      Borrower Name

The parts of the name should be included as separate properties. This allows clients to combine them in their chosen way.
