Description
Purpose: Any lost item fee/fine charges that are closed (i.e. balance = 0.00), should not be included in the notice.
Scenarios:
1. Scenario:
- Given: I have configured a patron notice policy with a Triggering event "Lost item fee(s) charged" + Send = After + I have selected the option "Send overnight [...]" + I have multiple lost item fees/fines (i.e. set cost + processing fee),
- When: I have closed one of those fees/fines (i.e. balance = 0.00) BEFORE the notice is scheduled to be sent,
- Then: That fee/fine should not be included in the bundled notice.
2. Scenario:
- Given: I have configured a patron notice policy with a Triggering event "Lost item fee(s) charged" + Send = After + I have selected the option "Send overnight [...]" + I have only 1 lost item fees/fines (i.e. set cost or processing fee) left open,
- When: I have closed that fees/fine (i.e. balance = 0.00) BEFORE the notice is scheduled to be sent,
- Then: That fee/fine should not be included in the bundled notice, meaning that the scheduled notice is removed.
