    Description

      Overview: Check out doesn't work in snapshot and cypress environments.
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into snapshot or cypress FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Click Check out app.
      3. Check out any item to User X

      Expected Results: Item was checked out.
      Actual Results: 500 error occurred.
