Investigate issues with Items In Transit report on MG BF

In order to review CIRC-1588 on MG BF Items In Transit report needs to be successfully created. Instead, the server returns 500 error after ~30s of wait which looks like a timeout error. CIRC-1588 was not related to report performance but inability to generate the report is not allowing to check if the fix for CIRC-1588 is actually working.

Note: BF has a lot of items in transit (~38000) which may be much more than real libraries have.
