    Description

      Overview:
      The source of an edit to a request record is not correctly stored in the log.
      This is a problem when attempting to determine why a request was edited.
      Steps to Reproduce:
      Log on as a user with privileges to create a request (user 1)
      Create a request of any type
      Log off
      Log on as another user with privileges to edit a request record (user 2)
      Edit the request record just created
       
      Search for request record in Circulation Log
      Note source for request created and request edited entries
       
      Expected Results:
      The request created entry shows user 1 as the source
      The request edited entry shows user 2 as the source
      Actual Results:
      Both the request created entry and the request edited entry show user 1 as the source
      Additional Information:
      The source of the update is correctly stored in the request record itself in metadata updatedByUserId
