Circ log may not be displaying the correct info for the date change when an item is recalled

Overview: Cir log does not display correct "from" date when item recalled and due date changes
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Lotus bugfest
2. Open Circulation log
3. Filter on item barcode easter_a
4. Scroll to the right and note the description
5. Select the ellipses and open Loan details
6. View loan due date

Expected Results: The due date in loan details should match the "from" date in the circ log description (2022-06-23)
Actual Results: The "from" date in the description is the same as the "new" due date
