Requested item barcode not getting listed in the Circ Log - for Notice Send logs

Overview:

When an item is requested (not via title level request, but with the item barcode), then that barcode no longer appears in the circ log.

Could replicate in Snapshot, but not in https://folio-kiwi.dev.folio.org/

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Lotus bug fest.
2. Do the necessary to send yourself a request notice (ask Julie if you need help)

Expected Results:

I can search for that notice in the circ log based on the item barcode.

Actual Results:

I cannot search for that notice in the circ log based on the barcode, because the barcode is not getting logged in the notice log.

Additional Information:

I assume something got broken with the title level request work. Or have the requirements changed?
