Description
Overview:
When recalling an item, there are 2 kinds of notices that can be sent out:
1 to the requester of the recalled item - this works.
1 to the original patron, to warn him to bring back the item - this no longer works.
Could replicate in Snapshot, but not in https://folio-kiwi.dev.folio.org/
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Lotus Bugfest
- Do the necessary to send yourself an notice for the notice trigger: Item recalled (ask Julie if you need help)
Expected Results:
When the recall request is placed, I receive an Item recalled notice. This notice is logged in the circ log.
Actual Results:
The notice is not not sent and is not logged in the circ log.
Additional Information:
I assume something got broken with the title level request work.
