Lost items requiring ACTUAL COST: Delete entries for renewed items

    Description

      Purpose: Remove items from "Lost items requiring actual cost" processing page when they have been renewed within the allowed period of time. (Note: "Lost item policy" setting No fees/fines shall be refunded if a lost item is returned more than <interval> late determines the end of the allowed period.)

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given an aged to lost item has been renewed
        • When item to be billed ACTUAL COST but not billed yet AND date/time renewed occurs before No fees/fines shall be refunded if a lost item is returned more than <interval> late (from "Lost item policy")
        • Then cancel the item's entry in the "Lost items requiring actual cost" processing page table, setting Additional information for staff to "Lost item was renewed"

        • When item to be billed ACTUAL COST but not billed yet AND date/time renewed occurs before No fees/fines shall be refunded if a lost item is returned more than <interval> late (from "Lost item policy")
