The queue in requests breaks if we replaced an item in the request

Preconditions:
1.Snapshot env opened
2.Title level request enabled 
3. Instance created with 3 items 
4.Request created for item 
5.Request created for title 
6.Request Detail page opened for item request
7.Actions button clicked

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select Move request option
2. Select Item with status Available 
3. Pay attention on order

Expected Results: The queue in requests does not change if it was replaced by an item in an item level request
Actual Results: The queue in requests breaks if we replaced an item in the request
