Some filters not finding recent results

Overview: When filtering by recent dates in Circ Log, no results are found.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO
2. Click Circulation log from the toolbar
3. Enter today's date in the "From" and "To" date bars

Expected Results: Circulation actions from today will load in Circ log
Actual Results: No records are found

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO
2. Click Circulation log from the toolbar
3. Enter 03/01/2021 in the "From" date bar and today's date in the "To" date bar

Expected Results: Circulation actions from 03/01/2021 through today will load in Circ log
Actual Results: No records after 03/23/2021

3. Expand the Loans tab
4. Click on Closed loan

Expected Results: Recent closed loans (from bugfest time period) will appear
Actual Results: No records after 03/23/2021 load

Additional info: This error also effects filtering by

• Item barcode
• User barcode
• Description
• Checked out
• Changed due date
• Checked out through override

It seems safe to assume most circ log actions are being impacted
