Bugfest. Source of circulation actions is displaying differently in the circulation log than in the item record

Overview: When testing Bugfest Iris environment, then the source of circulation actions is displaying differently in the circulation log than in the item record. This bug has also been verified in FOLIO snapshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO Bugfest Iris, as user Charlotte Whitt, username chawhi (password: chawhi)
2. Go to Inventory, and select any item record
3. Copy the item barcode
4. Go to the Check out app
5. Check out to any active patron this given item, and end the session
6. Go to the Check in app
7. Check in the same given item
8. Go to Inventory, and search for the given item by barcode search
9. Verify the source in the accordion for Circulation history in the Item record. The Source is Charlotte Whitt
10. Go to the Circulation log app
11. Enter the item barcode in the given search box
12. Verify the source in the Circulation history for the given Item record.

Expected Results:
In the item record, accordion for Circulation history the source is Charlotte Whitt
In the Circulation log then the Source i(in the 7th column) is Charlotte Whitt

Actual Results:
In the item record, accordion for Circulation history the source is Charlotte Whitt
In the Circulation log then the Source (in the 7th column) is UC
