    Description

This bug follows from the CIRC-1034. And as it turned out, Darcy is still getting notifications even though the loans were returned on 11/17.

      Overview:

Receiving overdue notice with no item information for Darcy Yang since 11/18. See attached emails. There are no open loans anymore for this user. User was used extensively for testing on 11/13 and 11/16 so it might be related. I've attached a screenshot of the user's closed loans at this time. Note the entry with no item info/title.
Steps to Reproduce: I'm not sure?

Expected Results: To not receive overdue notices after items are checked in and loans are closed. If a notice is received, it should contain item information.

      Actual Results: See above.

Additional Information: Notice received is the Overdue notice (ST without multiples). I also received several overdue notices on 11/17 for this user (see attached emails as PDFs) for the following items:

About Bridget Riley :selected writings 1999-2016 /edited by Doro Globus and Karsten Schubert (Barcode: 111104)
Dante's Vita nuova.translated by Ralph Waldo Emerson; edited by J. Chesley Mathews (Barcode: 3312021)
