Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Configure overdue notices to be sent after an item is overdue as recurring
- Template
- Policy
- Circ rules
- Check out an item to user that matches the above configuration
- Allow item to become overdue
- Claim returned
- Go to user app
- Search for user and select user
- Click on open loans
- Select loan and click "Claim returned" button at the top left of the page
Expected Results: Receive overdue notices until item's status is changed to "Claim returned"
Actual Results: User continues to receive overdue notices even after the item's status is changed to "Claim returned"

Here's a more comprehensive list of what events/statuses should stop the sending of recurring loan notices:
Overdue notices (Trigger is due date/time, and send after with recurring options):
Loan closed (Item checked in)
Item declared lost
Item aged to lost
Item claim returned
Item renewed or loan due date changed to a later date
Aged to lost (Trigger is aged to lost, and send after with recurring options):
Loan closed (Item checked in)
Item declared lost
Item claim returned
Item renewed (change due date isn't allowed on a lost item)
Aged to lost fee/fine charged
