Bugfest: PubSub error checking out

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com (I used the abreaux user)
      2. Go to Inventory and grab a barcode. I used this one: 67156438
      3. Go to check out app and try to check this out to users
      4. I attempted checkout to several users and they failed for a variety of reasons. First one failed because the user had no barcode. Second and third failed with an error that said something like "loan date doesn't exceed ... date"
      5. Fourth user generated a PubSub error but I can see that the item state is now Checked out

      Expected Results: No pubsub error

      Actual Results: Pubsub error shows, patron data clears off Check out page but the item is successfully checked out
