BE: Display Patron Comments in Hold Shelf Clearance Report

User story statement(s):

As a circ staff memember
I want the Hold Shelf Clearance Report export to include Patron comments
so that I can reference those comments when using the report

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the Hold Shelf Clearance Report (Actions > Export hold shelf clearance report)
   • When file is opened
   • Then a Patron comments column should display (where is TBD)
2. Scenario:
   • Given Patron comments have been populated for a request
   • When the request is displayed as a row in the report
   • Then the Patron comments column should be populated accordingly
