- The item was not on the hold shelf when the Hold shelf clearance report said it should be cleared
- Siska called patron and they reported they had not picked up the item
- Where is the item?
- This item has another request on it which is now "Open - Awaiting pickup" at the same service point.
- Looking at the requester for this other request, I can see they have a closed loan for this item but it seems that loan was returned before this second request was created.
