      Description

      Situation:

      Problems:

      1. The item was not on the hold shelf when the Hold shelf clearance report said it should be cleared
      2. Siska called patron and they reported they had not picked up the item
      3. Where is the item?

      Additional info:

      • This item has another request on it which is now "Open - Awaiting pickup" at the same service point.
      • Looking at the requester for this other request, I can see they have a closed loan for this item but it seems that loan was returned before this second request was created.
