Description
NEW DESCRIPTION
This bug began as a different issue but has morphed into a catch all containing some of the request display issues that make it difficult to debug/investigate what is happening in production. See linked issues for specifics.
-----------------------------------------------------
OLD DESCRIPTION
Situation:
- Request status = Closed - Pickup expired
- Item status = Awaiting pickup (since changed to Missing by Chalmers staff)
- Appearing on hold shelf clearance report (this seems like it could be correct given the item and request state)
Problems:
- Item is not on the actual hold shelf
- Why wouldn’t it be on the Hold shelf?
- If you look at the request record, you can see that it says Request on item = 1. Similarly, if you look at the item record, the Requests count = 1
- These links should only count open requests
- And, if you search Requests app for other requests on this item, none are found
