Preconditions
Using Chrome, logged into Chalmers 3.1 environment.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the Checkin page of an ongoing order which has several expected pieces. Look at the order in which the expected pieces are displayed.
Expected result:
Pieces are displayed in chronological order based expected receipt date. This order facilitates finding the right piece to check in when a new issue has arrived in the mail.
Actual result:
Pieces are displayed in an order which is not based on last/first added, that seems almost but not quite alphabetically, and that is overall very confusing. See attached.
I don't think the solution to this actually lies in changing how the pieces are ordered – rather this is a UX issue which we will have to live with until Check in is further developed to include, among other things, dedicated fields for enumeration, expected dates etc.
