Wrong date format in edit mode in Agreements and Licenses

    Description

      In Chalmers Fameflower dry run, apps Agreements and Licenses.

      In edit mode, the date format is MM/DD/YYYY.
      In view mode it's YYYY-MM-DD as we prefer.

      The settings seems to be the same as in Edelweiss.

      (Our Edelweiss has YYYY-MM-DD also in edit mode.)
