Ability to customize (for tenant) item status terms

    Description

      On the tenant level, we want to be able to customize the Item status terms displayed in Inventory and any other apps/features that use item record data.

      We imagine that this could be achieved for example by adding local translations for the status terms (in our case to the en_SE translation file), or by having a settings page where we can ourselves define something like "Display names" for existing statuses (kind of like for locations).

      We assume that this is a requirement for all libraries implementing FOLIO with a non-English translation.
