Change name and place of "Item status date"

When looking at an item record the staff finds the field "Item status date" confusing. Since it is places first in the segment Loan and availability it draws attention.

Charlotte: siska I'm a little confused here - isn't the Permanent loan type and Temporary loan type the two elements you see first in the accordion Loan and availability? If it looks different in Chalmers environment, then please attach a screen dump of how it looks. Thanks much.

We would like to have the name changed to "Item status changed" and switch place with "Borrower" so "Borrower" is in over "Due date" and "Item status changed" is under Item status.
