    Description

      Overview: Not possible to create item records in Inventory.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into Nolana Bugfest environment as user folio
      2. Go to Inventory
      3. Search for any instance
      4. Click Add item

      Expected Results:
      Get the Item edit form.

      Actual Results:
      Get the error page: Something went wrong.

      Additional Information: This issue was first found yesterday by lmccoll_lyu, and it is still present after the rollback of the Nolana bugfest database today by Kapylou
