Morning Glory bugfest Environment: Data import: Importing 5000 MARC authority records is taking a long time, and DI is sometimes completely unresponsive

1. Go to https://bugfest-mg.int.aws.folio.org/ 
2. Go to Data import app 
3. Attach the file 5k_marc_authority.mrc
4. Run the job profile: Default - Create SRS MARC Authority 

Expected outcome: Import show take less than 5 minutes. 

Actual outcome: Now over 20 minutes 

Note from abreaux: Also happening for 5K MARC Bib files - very slow, or finishing with errors
