Instance records. Sample data is missing identifier type field - which is a required field

Overview:

In the Lotus bugfest data set, there are instance records that have identifier field populated but not the identifier type field- which is a required field and causes data export to fail.    This issue was resolved by mnoumankhan for Kiwi release.   
Steps to Reproduce:
The same record (HRID: ak00005014741)

Expected Results:
1. Run upgrade scripts in Lotus bugfest
2. Include scripts in future bugfest setups
Actual Results:
The required field is still not populated

Additional Information:
This data export log contains more examples of records with missing identifiers.
