Several permissions not included in Lotus Bugfest

The following permissions are not included with the system user folio thus some functionality is not present when user logins with the credentials folio / folio

• quickMARC: Create a new MARC holdings record
• quickMARC: View, edit MARC holdings record
• Edit MARC authority record
• View MARC authority record
• quickMARC: View, edit MARC authorities record
