DoD: ui-marc-authorities

Dear Team,

Please can you verify that ui-marc-authorities meets DoD as per https://wiki.folio.org/display/REL/New+modules+introduction+checklist, especially "Smoke tests for the module to verify deployment should be specified in ReadMe if applicable" and has a release version which will be used in upcoming Bugfest.

Kitfox will proceed with pipeline creation for the modules which fully pass DoD https://wiki.folio.org/display/FOLIJET/Bugfest+environment+preparation+for+R1+2022+Lotus

The following table is an example if case of Firebird, please update to relevant info and links.

Create new repository at https://github.com/folio-org	ui-marc-authorities
Include information regarding module to Team vs module responsibility matrix page
Add module to hosting reference environments (ex.  FOLIO-3255 - Add mod-inn-reach to testing/snapshot hosted environments CLOSED )	Module was added, but can't find a ticket for that
Align module representation with release plan. Make sure that all deadlines are met. If not, defer module release to next release.
Make module prerelease according to prerelease deadline	pre-release - v0.1.0
Prepare all development documentation required to module deployment (see Information needed for module deployment)	no special steps for deployment are needed
Prepare test cases for module at Folio TestRail	or
